Mr. Crousillat has over 22 years of experience in real estate investment, development, asset management and construction in the public and private sector across the United States. He is currently overseeing and managing construction related projects for Rialto Capital Advisors CMBS REO, CMBS performing, and non-performing loans nationally.

Prior to joining Rialto Capital, Mr. Crousillat was a founding and Managing Member of CKA Construction Group, LLC, a South Florida based Construction and Development company. Prior to that, Mr. Crousillat worked for URS (formerly United Research Services) where he represented government agencies such as Army Corp of Engineers, FEMA, City of Miami Beach (Capital Improvement Office), City of Miami (Capital Improvement Office) and West Palm Beach School Board. In the private sector Mr. Crousillat started his career with Walt Disney Imagineering in the development of Animal Kingdom and other park attractions.

Mr. Crousillat holds an M.S. in International Real Estate and B.S. in Construction Management from Florida International University. He also is an actively registered Certified General Contractor and Roofing Contractor in the State of Florida.
